General comments
Bij start inductietherapie resistentie tegen ganciclovir en foscarnet in liquor bepalen.
Na inductietherapie onderhoudstherapie met valganciclovir 900mg 1 maal daags per os. Therapie continueren tot CD4 3-6 maanden > 100/mm^3 en er geen verdere verbetering van de symptomatologie heeft plaatsgevonden.
