Antibiotica in principe niet geïndiceerd.

Bij penicilline allergie:

Bij aanwijzingen voor een ernstige immediate type penicilline allergie:

claritromycine po 500mg 2dd, 5 tot 10 dagen

of

azitromycine po 500mg 1dd, 3 dagen

of

doxycycline po 100mg 2dd, 5 tot 10 dagen
