Bij penicilline allergie:
Zie: Allergie voor (beta-lactam) antibiotica.
Bij aanwijzingen voor een ernstige immediate type penicilline allergie: doxycycline po oplaaddosis 200mg, 100mg 1dd 7 dagen.
