Bij penicilline allergie:
zie Odin-protocol 'Werkwijze bij antibiotica gerelateerde overgevoeligheid’ (Odin 049799).
In veel gevallen zijn cefalosporines veilig te geven. Bij cefalosporines dient voor deze indicatie wel een middel met anaerobe dekking (bijvoorbeeld metronidazol) te worden toegevoegd.
Na overleg met arts-microbioloog of infectioloog eventueel
clindamycine i.v. 3 dd 600mg, minimaal 14 dagen
