General comments
In combinatie met verbetering speekselafvloed
Bij penicilline allergie:
zie Odin-protocol 'Werkwijze bij antibiotica gerelateerde overgevoeligheid’ (Odin 049799).
In veel gevallen zijn cefalosporines veilig te geven.
Na overleg met arts-microbioloog of infectioloog eventueel
clindamycine p.o. 3 dd 600mg, 7 tot 14 dagen.
