Bij penicilline allergie:
Zie Odin-protocol 'Werkwijze bij antibiotica gerelateerde overgevoeligheid’ (Odin 049799).
Bij aanwijzingen van een ernstige immediate type penicilline-allergie: cefotaxim iv 2000mg 6dd ofwel 12g/24u continu met oplaaddosis van 2000mg, minimaal 6 weken.
