Meldingsplichtige ziekte groep C
Bij penicilline allergie:

Bij aanwijzingen voor een ernstige immediate type penicilline allergie:
Gewicht >45 kg: cotrimoxazol iv 1920mg 3dd.
Gewicht <=45 kg: cotrimoxazol iv 1440mg 3dd.
De dosering cotrimoxazol is gebaseerd op trimethoprim 10-20 mg/kg/dag en sulfamethoxazol 50-100 mg/kg/dag.
