Bij penicilline allergie:
zie Odin-protocol 'Werkwijze bij antibiotica gerelateerde overgevoeligheid’ (Odin 049799) om te beoordelen of amoxicilline gegeven kan worden.
Eventueel alternatief: cotrimoxazol (trimethoprim + sulfamethoxazol) iv 960mg 2dd minimaal 2 weken.
